We can all use less energy
We can all recycle our phones
We can all unplug our chargers
We can all choose environmentally friendly products
We can all make a difference
We all have a responsibility to lessen the impact on our environment.
But through our everyday actions we can make change happen.
It' s a challenging and ambitious task.
And one we can' t put off until tomorrow.
WE EVOLVE
Nokia doesn' t think it can lessen the impact on the environment on it' s own.
A few billion of us, however, all doing little things and the future will start to look a lot more optimistic.
We look at the environmental impact of our products and operations at all stages; from the materials we use, to the energy consumed.
We work with our customers to ensure recycling becomes an instinctive process at the end of a products shelf life.
Little things. Chipping away. That will make the big things happen.
This is just the beginning, we all have a responsibility to ensure progress continues.
It's a challenging and exciting prospect.

Given choice we can make our own decisions.
Given choice we can use less energy.
Given choice we can buy environmentally friendly products.
Given choice we can own a phone where the environmental impact of its design has been taken into account.
Given choice billions of us can choose to lessen our impact on the environment.
We Can Recycle
Where exactly does our phone go when we decide its use has come to end?
Between us we have millions of phones, hidden away, tucked in a drawer, dead to the world and beyond.
But we can all make an effort and do our bit.
65-80% of the materials in Nokia phones can now be recycled.
If we added all these forgotten phones together
and recycled, the end result could be something thats actually worthwhile.
We Support
The most powerful and positive environmental changes in the world
will not just come from governments, corporations or visionaries.
Instead, they will come from all directions,
speaking a language of co-operation, of empathy and diversity.
Some of these changes will be large. Some will be hardly noticeable. Some
will be the result of millions of us coming together.
Others will be started by a whisper. One friend to another.
